These are my husband's favorite oatmeal cookies and they do vanish very quickly. I add 1 cup shredded coconut, too.
ReplyDeleteFamily favorite ! Last time I made them I added dried cranberries,. Everyone loved them.
ReplyDeleteTo make these the BEST EVER cookies, barely cover the raisins with water and bring to a boil. Cool and THEN add to cookies. This is the way to make them awesome!
ReplyDeleteMade these just now, I am pretty disappointed in how they turned out. Too thick and breast, had to cook for 15 minutes to get them golden brown. Won't be making these again.
